Story Times

Andover Story Time: Best for Toddlers, Wednesday mornings at 10:00 am

Bachelder Story Time: Best for Preschoolers, Tuesday mornings at 10:00 am

Join us for time of stories in the children's section of the library.

Andover Libraries Book Club

This book club typically meets the 4th Wednesday of the Month at 7:00 pm at the Bachelder Library.

The next discussion will be on Manhattan Beach by Jennifer Egan. We'll meet at the Andover Public Library on February 25th at 7 pm. Books are available to borrow at both libraries.

Crochet Club

The Crochet Club meets on the 2nd and 4th Wednesday every month at the Andover Public Library from 3-4 pm. Beginners are welcome. We have all the supplies you'll need and great teachers to show you what to do.

Toddler Open Gym

Saturdays from 1:30-2:30 pm

January 24th-February 28th

Andover Elementary Middle School Gym

Get out of the cold and play in the gym with us. Please bring indoor shoes to wear in the gym. The library will bring some toys each week, as well as music.

Participants are welcome to bring small bikes (please use a helmet) and other toys to use. This event is only for children ages 0-6 and their families (older siblings are welcome).

Winter Carnival

Wednesday, February 11th between 4:30-6:30 pm

Andover Public Library and AEMS

Soup supper, bonfire with s'mores and hot dogs, sledding, mini golf, games, hot chocolate and more await at this FREE community event.

CommuniTEA Party

Thursday, February 19th between 3-5 pm

Andover Public Library

Stop by the library for a cup of tea, snack, and a chance to chat with neighbors.

Past Programs

Mess Fest 2024 was a blast! Children were invited to get messy by playing with Oobleck, paint, mud, water, chalk, bubbles, and more.
